Accounts Receivable Representative

Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Representative may be responsible for invoicing for each laboratory that is assigned.
This position will also be responsible for the posting of invoices on customer portals and following up on whether they have been accepted and taking appropriate measures to correct any issues.
**Responsibilities**:- Pull down global remit advices as needed and post all transactions from the previous day- Communicate to supervisor status of payment posting and any issues with completing daily posting-
- Invoices should be posted by lab in the morning and again before the end of the day every day- Constant interaction with Collections staff regarding issue investigation and resolution
Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-site / location accounts receivable (or 1 year experience and college degree, preferably with accounting or accounting related major)- Ability to read and interpret accounting related documents.
