Job Summary
The collection specialist will manage day‑to‑day collection activities for an assigned portfolio, achieving collection targets in cash and past‑due reduction, and contributing to DSO performance while operating within Vertiv’s collection policy.
Required / Minimum Qualifications
- University studies
- 1–2 years in customer service environment and at least 1 year in Collections/Accounts Receivable
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Assertive and confident
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer service
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, committed to delivering results, meeting multiple deadlines, and able to work under pressure
- Prior experience in AR or B2B Collections handling own set of accounts (portfolios)
- Proven proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
