Primary Purpose
The role of the Cash Application Shared Services Analyst is to execute a sub-process within a business process area, accurately processing and applying customer payments to outstanding invoices within the company’s accounts receivable system. This role involves reconciling payments, resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring proper cash flow management and financial reporting, communicating with internal and external customers, seeking process improvement opportunities, and being accountable for the seamless execution of the sub-process.
