Benson Oil is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk who will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for the following: Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording A/R data Set‑up and maintain new and existing customer files Process credit applications Generate and issue monthly invoices, process customer payments, and prepare bank deposits Maintain A/R files and records Review all credit balances and refunds, and apply adjustments to billing records Respond to customer billing inquiries, and research and resolve payment discrepancies Reconcile customer accounts Monitor customer account details for payment irregularities and initiate collection ca...
