**Job Activities**:- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation and issuing stop payments and adjustments.
- Generate refund check requests- Review homeowner accounts and process voids/adjustments- Change the account owner in the system.
- Fill out formats to support the escrow department, and verifies documents.
