Accounts Receivable Clerk

Universal Logistics is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Clerk to our growing team!
A day in the life of an Accounts Receivable Clerk with Universal can look like:
- Have prior A/R or collections experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service or office experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities will include:
- Investigating customer discrepancies and working with various contacts to resolve the issues
- Understanding and analyzing shipping documents
- Research and problem resolution of customer invoice issues
- Learning and understanding industry requirements and changes
