Key Responsibilities- Generate customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and payment complements in accordance with CFDI 4.0- Support the monitoring of accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments- Apply and reconcile customer payments in SAP- Maintain and update customer master data- Assist in preparing aging reports and tracking overdue balances- Support credit control and collections follow-up activities- Perform bank reconciliations related to collections- Ensure pricing conditions are properly maintained in SAP- Coordinate with Sales regarding billing status and customer payments- Support internal and external audits with required docu...
