Accounts Receivable Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our financial team. This role plays a critical part in protecting company revenue by ensuring that customer rebates, deductions, and short payments are accurate and in accordance with contractual agreements. The successful candidate will review invoice deductions, validate rebate claims, reconcile accounts, and support collections to maintain accurate receivables.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer rebates and deductions against contract terms and approved agreements
• Investigate invoice short payments and dispute unauthorized deductions
• Reconcile customer accounts using ERP (NAV) and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate AR aging and support efforts to reduce outstanding balances
