We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage our AP team and streamline financial functions. This role includes overseeing bank reconciliations, refining AP procedures, and training team members effectively. Collaborate with IT on software improvements and play a part in the annual budgeting process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily AP operations across multiple entities
• Train and onboard new staff to ensure best practices
• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
• Contribute to automation initiatives that enhance efficiency
• Address vendor inquiries in a professional manner
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years handling Accounts Payable functions
• Familiarity with job costing in property management
