Accounts Payable
- Process high volumes of supplier and store-related invoices accurately and efficiently
- Review invoices for accuracy, proper GL coding, approvals, and alignment with retail purchasing terms
- Prepare and execute vendor payment runs while optimizing payment terms and cash flow
- Reconcile vendor statements and proactively resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate vendor master data, including store/location and assortment details
- Partner with Procurement, Store Operations, and Logistics to resolve invoice and receiving issues
