Position Summary
The Payables Analyst role encompasses comprehensive subject matter expertise for accounts payable, including a thorough understanding of all transactions, associated business processes, charts of accounts, and end-to-end flow of journal entries throughout the entire process cycle. This position operates within a complex multi-stream accounts payable environment that includes product payables, EDI transactions, CNB related payables, and non-product and service related expenses. This role is also responsible for vendor reconciliations, and for providing timely business and customer support in all areas of accountability. The role requires a proactive approach to problem solving, frequent coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders, and the ability to work effective across different systems and currencies.
