We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Dalton, Georgia. (On-site 5 days a week) In this role, you will manage essential AP functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in invoice processing and payment transactions. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. Any flooring or manufacturing experience would be a plus!! Must have at least TWO years of Accounts Payable Experience using Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial as well!
Responsibilities:
• Process and verify invoices with precision, ensuring proper coding and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records for all accounts payable transactions and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
