• Create and track Purchase Orders, GRPOs, and process AP invoices for payment.
• Enter data into an SAP system, including contract documents, purchasing, and billing.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with sublease vendors and operational subcontractors.
• Ensure all AP invoices align with contract third‑party agreements and rental billing.
