Position descriptionAn opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a reputable global business on an immediate basis. The role is looking after end-to-end accounts payable, including high-volume invoice processing, expense claims, corporate card reconciliations and payment runs.
The company is located in the Ryde area, has parking on site and is also close to the metro. They offer hybrid working arrangements (3 days from office, 2 days from home) and are flexible with start and finish times. The successful candidate must be able to start immediately or in 1-2 weeks notice.
Working within an accounts payable team, your responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices
- Matching POs
- Corporate credit card reconciliations
- Processing payment runs
- Supplier onboarding
