Overview
We're placing an Accounts Payable Officer for a well-established Australian real estate and property management firm based in Sydney. Working fully remote from the Philippines on Australian business hours, you'll manage accounts payable across a portfolio of managed properties — processing invoices, validating bills, and preparing payment runs for the trust accountant twice a week.
Responsibilities
- Monitor shared mailboxes and process incoming invoices for managed properties
- Upload and validate invoices in property management software — correct property, correct amount, correct chart of accounts, correct GST treatment
