Job Details Initial 6 month contract; CBD location – hybrid, 2 days WFH; and Immediate commencement. Join a highly respected Australian consultancy providing multi-disciplinary services across engineering and surveying projects. As the sole Accounts Payable officer, you will manage a high-volume workload, but don’t worry, you will have a thorough handover. Responsibilities will include: Process supplier invoices, credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements; Prepare weekly payment runs and reconcile supplier statements; Review and follow up outstanding purchase orders and resolve invoice discrepancies; Respond to supplier and internal accounts payable enquiries in a timely and professional manner; Assist with month-end processes, including project cost reconciliations and accrual reporting; and Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes.
