Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a qualified and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Representative to join our US-based Finance Department. This role is responsible for managing invoicing, collections, accounts payable activities, and financial recordkeeping for our US corporate entity while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Additional Information

Tom Sawyer Software Mexico has established its presence in a modern corporate building, strategically located on Insurgentes Sur Avenue, in close proximity to the WTC Mexico City. While the position is primarily remote, staff occasionally convene at this location for collaborative purposes.
