Responsabilidades
Following up on invoices held in receiving channels (OnBase, COUPA, email, Edicom).
Financial analysis and resolution of policy exceptions.
Responding to vendor and internal user inquiries regarding payments.
Supporting internal and external audits.
Participating in continuous improvement projects and Lean trainings.
Collaborating with regional teams to maintain positive and efficient relationships.
Requisitos
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience).
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Advanced English (mandatory).
