Position Summary: The Accounting Support-Accounts Payableis responsible forthe end-to-end Accounts Payable process, from invoice intake to payment execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, andtimelyprocessing inExFlow/Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role plays a keypartinmaintainingfinancial data integrity, supporting vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of payment cycles in a global environment. The position requirestechnical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across functions.
The Challenge:
Invoice Processing & Coding: Validateand correct data inExFlow/ExFlowWeb, andmonitorexceptions, duplicates, missing data, and invoice status.Accurately code invoices in D365, selecting correct ledger accounts, cost centers, financial dimensions, and service periods while ensuring proper P&L allocation.
