- Process and monitor title transfer transactions for post-takeout accounts.
- Prepare, review, and submit required documents for title registration and transfer.
- Coordinate with buyers, banks, BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessors Office, and other agencies.
- Monitor payment of taxes, fees, and other transfer-related charges.
- Maintain accurate records and provide status updates and reports.
- Address buyer inquiries and resolve issues related to title transfer processing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Legal Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate documentation, title transfer, or accounts management.
- Knowledge of title transfer processes and government requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
