  • Process and monitor title transfer transactions for post-takeout accounts.
  • Prepare, review, and submit required documents for title registration and transfer.
  • Coordinate with buyers, banks, BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessors Office, and other agencies.
  • Monitor payment of taxes, fees, and other transfer-related charges.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide status updates and reports.
  • Address buyer inquiries and resolve issues related to title transfer processing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Legal Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate documentation, title transfer, or accounts management.
  • Knowledge of title transfer processes and government requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
