Eligibility Criteria
Qualified Chartered Accountant ( CA )
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in D2 C, consumer products, or pharma industry
Prior experience in handling end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of approximately 10 members.
Skills and System Requirements
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Indian statutory compliances
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books , or similar ERP systems
Excellent command over Excel, reconciliations, MIS, and financial reporting
Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end accounting operations including AP/AR, reconcations, ledgers, tax filings, and audit readiness
Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts within statutory timelines
Prepare MIS, P&L, cash flow statements, and budget versus actual reports for management review
