Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounting Executive to manage full set accounts, AP/AR, financial reporting, and SkillsFuture (TPG) claims administration .
This role is suited for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work in a fast-paced education / training environment and is looking to grow in a role with both operational and process improvement exposure .
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Full Set Accounts
- Manage full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR)
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Handle student fees, corporate billing, and SkillsFuture receivables
- Monitor outstanding payments and AR ageing reports
