Job Responsibilities
- Handle full or partial sets of accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
- Process payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as required
- Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and external parties when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
