Job Summary:
Support daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, data entry, and basic financial tasks. Ideal for someone with a Diploma in Accounting/Finance and basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and daily bookkeeping
- Knowledge of Tax and Audit
- Match invoices, PO, and DO
- Support month-end closing and bank reconciliations
- Maintain filing of accounting documents
- Assist with ad-hoc finance/admin tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting entries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous, organised, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in Sage 300 ACCPAC and TNO ERP accounting system preferred.
- Five-and-half-day work week.
