We are assisting one of our clients, a top Single-Family Office in Singapore, to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for the daily financial accounting and bookkeeping of the family office and related entities (such as investment holding companies, SPVs, etc.).
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement).
- Assistance with fund management, including fund transfers, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
- Responsible for liaising with external institutions, including auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
- Support annual audits and tax filings (Corporate Tax / GST, if applicable).
