About the role
As a Mandarin-speaking Account Executive at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for managing a full set of accounts and cash flow. You will ensure accurate financial records, timely month-end closing, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
What you'll be doing
- To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management
处理完整的账目和现金流管理 - To handle accounts receivables and account payables
处理应收账款和应付账款 - Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
确保按时完成月度账目结算 - Handle filing, keep record, and assure accurate documents filing
处理文件归档，保持记录并确保准确的文件归档 - To handle monthly bank reconciliations
处理月度银行对账 - Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
准备相关公司的交易并确保对账项目得到妥善跟进 - To prepare, analyse, and report financial results
