Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and the preparation of quarterly GST submissions.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, supporting documents, and filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support, including document filing and record management.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience using accounting software is an added advantage.
