Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely invoices based on job details and agreed rates
- Ensure all completed jobs and billable items are captured (e.g. surcharges, waiting time)
- Verify and resolve discrepancies with Operations before invoicing
- Meet billing deadlines and avoid backlog
- Maintain proper billing records and supporting documents
- Respond to billing queries and resolve issues promptly
- Support high-volume billing during peak periods and month-end
