About The Role:
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a well-established business based in North Melbourne. This is a varied role combining Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Office Administration. You'll be someone who enjoys keeping things organised, has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in delivering accurate work while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Supplier setup and account maintenance
  • Reconcile invoices, statements and company credit cards
  • General data entry and document management
  • Assist with fortnightly payroll as required
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with general office duties
