Main Functions
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Technician will support day‑to‑day accounting activities, with direct involvement in month‑end processes and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle
- Review, code, and validate invoices, ensuring proper approval workflows
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances
- Support month‑end close activities (journal entries, adjustments, follow‑ups)
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support the team
- Support internal control processes
Requirements
- Experience with full‑cycle accounts payable
- Experience with bank reconciliations and GL account reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
