Reporting to the General Manager, the Accounting Support Manager supports the operations teams for a well‑established higher education account. The role involves analyzing all aspects of finance, including payroll submission, transaction summaries, cost transfers, invoice entry, inventory controls and budgets. This highly collaborative role requires working closely with other departments, managers and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing analytical support to the onsite locations
- Prepares and leads the monthly financial review with the General Manager, providing custom reports as required, and responds to questions and requests
- Prepares monthly bank account reconciliations, ensuring that discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner in conjunction with the Head Office team.
