Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy;
- At least 3-5 years in Accounting, Finance, or related functions;
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience is preferred;
- Experience in handling General Ledger, Accounts Payable,
- Accounts Receivable, Inventory Accounting, Tax Compliance, and Financial Reporting;
- Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and other government compliance requirements;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure;
- Ability to work collaboratively with Operations, Procurement, Treasury, Billing & Collection, HR, and other departments.
