Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience from a Big 4 audit firm, strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and review the work of junior accountants, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal controls
- Oversee general ledger activities including month‑end and year‑end closing processes
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations of accounts (e.g., bank, intercompany, accruals)
