The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of a team of accounting analysts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of key financial tasks such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance reporting. This role reports to the Assistant Accounting Manager and plays a critical part in maintaining strong internal controls and efficient workflows within the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of accounting staff in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, and general ledger functions.
- Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules required for internal and external stakeholders.
