Accounting Supervisor - Accounts Receivable

Summary

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for leading the team performing the order‑to‑cash and accounts receivable process, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance for the assigned entities. The incumbent reviews staff work, coaches the team, and directs efforts to meet deadlines and deliver required output.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable college or university
• Minimum of five (5) years of combined work experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, and/or audit
• Must have supervisory experience or be an experienced accountant with strong leadership potential
• Skilled in using any accounting software or application
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in English for effective verbal and written communication
• Flexible in shifting or rotational schedule
