Key Responsibilities

• AP Management: Handle supplier invoices and employee expenses; organize payment proposals, reconcile supplier accounts, and resolve billing issues
• AR & Collections: Issue invoices, track customer balances, support collection efforts, and prepare aging reports
• Closing & General Accounting: Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, maintain balance sheet schedules, and support month-end and year-end closing
