Delbridge is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to handle the day‑to‑day transactional accounting. Reporting to the Accountant & Operations Manager, this role owns full‑cycle bookkeeping with a strong focus on client billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. You'll work across multiple projects and billing structures, communicate directly with clients on payments, and keep our financial records accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is organized and comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate client invoices across multiple projects
