Overview

We're looking for Accounting Specialists to join our Makati team to handle financial reporting, product costing, tax compliance, BIR reconciliation, and account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports, product costing schedules, and gross profit analysis to support accurate and timely management reporting.
• Consolidate and review trial balances to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of all financial records.
• Prepare and file tax returns and audit schedules in full compliance with BIR regulations and submission deadlines.
• Perform regular bank, account, and BIR reconciliations — identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain and update pricing systems and discount rate structures in line with company policies and market changes.
