Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with BIR regulations, including:
- Withholding Taxes (BIR Forms 1600, 1601-C, 1601-E, 1601-F)
- Value Added Tax (VAT) and Percentage Taxes (BIR Forms 2550M and 2550Q)
- Quarterly Income Tax Returns (BIR Form 1702Q)
- Other tax-related filings such as Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, and annual registration fees when applicable.
- Prepare and submit required tax attachments and reports, including:
- Summary of Alphalist of Withholding Taxes (SAWT)
- Quarterly Alphalist of Payees (QAP)
- Summary List of Sales, Purchases, and Importations (SLSPI)
- Semestral List of Regular Suppliers (SRS)
- Tenant profiles and other regulatory documentation as required by tax regulations.
