Primary Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the Accounting operations.
Major Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily operations of Accounting Department.
- Timely prepares and reviews overall Financial Statement and ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing reports.
- Checking and reconciliation of AR, AP & Inventory (units & Parts) Reports.
- Checking of all posted expenses per Account & per Department.
- Posting of Monthly cost of sale for units.
- Posting and updates of Monthly Depreciation for Fixed assets.
- Posting of adjusting entries as may be deemed necessary.
- Monitors and timely approves daily cash disbursements.
- Thoroughly reviews and approves Petty Cash Replenishment.
- Reconciles Accounts as may be deemed necessary.
