We are currently looking for an Accounting Manager to join our company in Richmond, BC. This position is permanent full-time. Experience in Wholesale or Distribution industry would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Full-Cycle Oversight: Lead and manage the end-to-end accounting cycle for two locations. Ensure high-precision processing of manufacturer invoices and maintain the integrity of the consolidated general ledger across multiple entities.
• Inventory Control & Multi-Site Audit: Design and perform rigorous monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and inventory sub‑ledgers. Investigate discrepancies between physical warehouse counts and system records, implementing controls to prevent future loss.
