The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the accounting operations for Mexico, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP, Mexican GAAP (NIF), and local regulatory requirements.
This role drives operational excellence, strengthens internal controls, and supports business decisions through high-quality financial insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee general ledger, monthly close, and financial reporting processes
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements
Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses
Ensure integrity of balance sheets through detailed reconciliations
Identify and resolve variances, risks, and unusual transactions
Strengthen documentation and internal control processes
Ensure compliance with statutory, fiscal, and corporate requirements
