This role leads the accounting team in managing financial transactions, store-level financial monitoring, audit coordination, and continuous improvement to support the financial health and operational efficiency of Bo’s Coffee.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely closing of books and accuracy of financial data
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights into management
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight
- Ensure timely processing of payables and collections of receivables
- Monitor cash flow and working capital
- Oversee general ledger and reconciliation of all accounts
- Ensure alignment of POS, sales, and bank records
4. Compliance & Audit Management
- Ensure compliance with BIR and statutory requirements
- Lead internal and external audits
