Overview
We are looking for an Accounting Manager for a manufacturing company, ensuring accurate financial operations, strong governance, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Accounting teams (including Intercompany & R2R Supervisors)
- Oversee Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Month-End Close & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
- Monitor KPIs & SLAs
- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Support audits and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting
- 8+ years experience (3+ leading teams)
- Strong knowledge of Accounting process
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Fluent English
