Accounting Manager - Big 4 Experience - (H/F)

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the accounting function across several industrial sites and play a pivotal role in the company's ongoing transformation.

Beyond ensuring the integrity of the financial statements and regulatory compliance, you will drive process optimisation, support a major SAP migration, contribute to post‑merger integration initiatives and lead the digitalisation of the finance function. You will also coach and develop a team of experienced accounting professionals while partnering closely with operational and business stakeholders.
