Accounting Leader/Manager

Overview

You will play a central role in the accounting, finance, and administrative functions of a rapidly growing education company. This position involves working closely with management to strengthen overall governance and develop financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Company-wide financial and accounting management (budget vs. actual management, cash flow management)
• Formulation of management strategies and financial plans in collaboration with executives
• Management of the accounting team (staff development, promoting process improvements)
• Establishing workflows and governance structures
