What You’ll Do
Provide accounting transaction processing support in accordance with established processes, work procedures, SOX requirements, and local company legal and statutory requirements.
- Assist in e-invoicing activities.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements/vendor statements and reporting variances.
- Review and validate customer/vendor audit confirmation letters and obtain authorized signatures.
- File and maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Carry out reporting activities and analysis as instructed by supervisor.
- Assist in month‑end and quarter‑end accounting close process.
- Any other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager.
