The Accounting Intern provides administrative and document management support to the Finance and Accounting Department. The intern assists in organizing, filing, scanning, and maintaining accounting records and supporting documents to ensure proper documentation, accessibility, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Document Filing and Records Management
- Organize and file accounting documents, including invoices, official receipts, payment vouchers, purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other supporting documents.
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems in an orderly and systematic manner.
- Label, sort, and archive accounting records according to established filing procedures.
- Retrieve documents upon request from accounting staff and management.
- Ensure the completeness and proper arrangement of accounting files.
