Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hospital's accounting operations and financial reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Supervise and develop the accounting team.
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
- At least five (5) years of relevant accounting experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
