Accounting & FP&A Specialist – Night Shift, US Ops

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounting & Financial Analysis Specialist in Pasay City with hybrid work setup and night shift. You will handle general ledger, financial statements, inventory costing, FP&A support, and cross-system reconciliations with US teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 3+ years of hands-on accounting, and strong Excel skills. Experience with QuickBooks and Exigo is a plus. Healthcare and bonuses are part of the rewards.
